Visitor Manager simplifies facility visit management through an intuitive and fully responsive web interface, integrating directly with Avigilon Unity Access.

The platform offers complete flexibility in visit creation: visits can be registered instantly at reception or scheduled in advance, accommodating both spontaneous visits and pre-organized processes. Upon scheduling or activation, the visitor automatically receives an email with a QR code for access to the facility. For on-the-spot visits, the QR code can be printed directly at reception.

To ensure information segregation across different locations or departments, the platform supports its own partitioning or the use of native Avigilon Unity Access partitions — an essential feature for organizations with multiple sites or differentiated access areas.

The user permission levels system ensures clear hierarchical control: each user accesses only the information and actions corresponding to their profile, reducing the risk of errors and reinforcing operational security.
